Top portion of the Destination mode screen
Use the left and right arrows to scroll through the icons displayed at the
top of the screen.
NOTE: More than 5 icons can exist along the top portion of the screen.
Use the left and right arrow buttons to display additional icons.
Icon
Left arrow — touch to scroll to the left.
Email — touch this icon to send an email. When you select
Email, a list of available email addresses will be displayed.
Printer — touch this icon to send to the printer. When you
select Printer, a list of available printers will be displayed.
Network share — touch this icon to send to a network share.
USB flash drive — if you inserted a USB flash drive, touch
this icon to use as your output destination. If your USB flash
drive contains a configuration file, see Chapter 3, Installing
and Using the Configuration Organizer for more information.
Right arrow — touch to scroll to the right.
When your document are being sent to the destinations you selected, a
Status screen is displayed with a message at the top of the screen
telling you each action the Scan Station is taking for each destination.
For example, if you are sending an email, the message Sending
Email... appears. In addition, as each destination is completed, the icon
will be updated to reflect the success or failure of the task. The highlight
then moves to the next destination.
