For example, the Processing icon and one of the other three icons
below will appear when you are sending an email:

Middle portion of the Destination mode screen
When you select an output destination, the middle of the screen will
show a listing of destinations of that type. For example, if you want to
send an email, touch the Email icon and a list of available email
addresses will be displayed.
Use the scroll bar on the right side of the email list to select and find the
name(s) you want to send the email to.
If you select an email address that you do not want, select the email
address again to uncheck it.
NOTE: You can scroll through a listing fast by pressing and holding the
Up or Down arrow on the control panel.
