Restarting the base

When the handset is in idle status:

The firmware for the base is then restarted. This process takes about 20 seconds.

Resetting the base to the default settings

The individual settings are reset.
Resetting the base station via the menu
When the settings are restored:
u
Handsets are still registered
u
The system PIN is not reset
The following settings in particular are reset to the default settings (you can change
the settings marked "*" via the Web configurator):
u
The entered VoIP connections (are deleted)
u
The assignment of send and receive connections
u
Audio settings for VoIP connections *
u
DTMF settings *
u
Settings for the local network
u
The names of the handsets
u
SMS settings (e.g., SMS service centres)
u
Eco Mode is deactivated
u
Eco Mode+ is deactivated
u
PABX connection settings
Digit and display key assignments as well as the 1 key
u
u
Settings for select services: Call diverts (with the exception of fixed line services
activated/deactivated by a call to your provider)
The following lists are deleted:
u
SMS lists
u
Call lists

After the reset, the base is restarted. The restart takes around ten seconds.
