If the internal participant does not answer or the line is busy, the call will automat-
ically return to you.

Accepting a waiting call

If you receive an external call during an internal call, you will hear the call waiting
tone (short tone). With Calling Line Identification, the caller's number will appear
in the display.
Ignoring the external call
§Reject§
Press the display key.
The call waiting tone is turned off. You remain connected with the internal partici-
pant.
For calls to a VoIP connection: the external caller hears the busy tone.
For calls to the fixed line connection:
The call continues to be signalled on the other registered handsets.
Accepting an external call/putting an internal party on hold
/ c Press the display key or the talk key.

You are connected to the external caller. The internal call is placed on hold.
Internal call waiting during an internal/external call
If an internal party attempts to call you while you are involved in an external or
internal call, this call is shown on the display (internal call waiting). You can either
accept or reject this call.
Press any key to make this prompt disappear from the display.
You must end the current call to accept the internal call. Then the internal call is sig-
nalled as per usual. You can accept the call.

Setting up a conference call

You are conducting a call with an external participant and have set up an internal
conference call, or during an internal call you have accepted an external waiting
call.
You have the following options:

Swap between both participants:

Use q to switch between the participants (call swapping).

Set up a conference call:

Ending a conference call
