6.2 OPERATION PANEL IN STANDBY MODE

This section describes functions operated on the operational panel when the printer is in the normal status.
6.2.1 [F1] – Cancel
When data is being received and you want to cancel this operation, press the [F1] key to cancel the transfer
Verify the following regarding the condition of the printer.
Step 1 :
It is not currently printing
Status of the printer
While printing
While receiving/
converting
While waiting for the ink
drying time
6.2.2 [F2] - Operating the pressure rollers
When you want to switch the up and down movement of the pressure rollers follow the steps below.
Press the [F4] key on the operation panel.
Step 1 :
The printer works as follows.
Status of the printer
The pressure rollers have been lowered
The MEDIA SET lamp switches OFF.
The pressure rollers have been raised.
The MEDIA SET lamp switches ON (orange).
Operation after the [F1] key is pressed
Stops printing and deletes data remaining in the printer.
Deletes the data already received and converted, then deletes data from now on.
Stops waiting for the ink drying time and discharges the media.
Operation after the [F4] key has been pressed
The pressure rollers are lifted
The MEDIA SET lamp will turn on (orange).
The pressure rollers are lowered.
The MEDIA SET lamp will turn off.
