For increased security, the following settings are forcibly set when "En-
hanced Security Mode" is set to "ON".

The number of times for checking for "Prohibit Functions When Auth. Er-
ror" can be changed to between 1 and 3.
A changed setting cannot be changed when "Enhanced Security Mode"
is set to "OFF".
When "Password Rules" is set to "ON", a password that does not meet
the password rules is considered a failed attempt during authentication.
