4. To view the events from the oldest to the newest, press [x]. The display
contains the following information.

This screen shows an opening of Partition 3 on September 25
user 75. The U shows that this event is not programmed to be reported to the
central monitoring station. Refer to Appendix A on page 21 for a list of possible log
messages.

ADJUSTING THE VIEW / BRIGHTNESS OF THE LCD

1. Enter [U] [9] [1]. The LCD will prompt for a code.
2. Enter [master code]. The LCD will prompt you to raise or lower the view.
3. Use [x] [y] to raise or lower the viewing angle of the text.
4. Press [U] to advance to the Brightness option. The LCD will prompt you to
brighten or dim the LCD lighting. Use [x] [y] to adjust to desired brightness.
5. Press [#] to exit.

SETTING THE SYSTEM CLOCK

1. Enter [U] [9] [7]. The LCD Screen will prompt for a code.
2. Enter [master code]. The time and date will be displayed with the current
hour flashing.
3. Use [x] [y] to select the proper hour.
4. Press [U] to move to the minutes, day of week, date, month, and year.
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until the entire time and date are set.
