HANDLEBAR

RMK Handlebar Position

Handlebar position and handlebar angle can be adjusted to rider
preference. After making handlebar adjustments, check to make
sure wires are not pinched or kinked. Make sure the handlebars,
brake lever and throttle lever operate smoothly and do not hit the
gas tank, windshield or any other part of the vehicle when the
handlebars are turned fully to the left or right.When adjustments
are complete, torque the front adjuster block bolts first, then
torque the rear bolts. Torque the bolts to 11-13 ft. lbs. (15-18
Nm).
1.
Loosen the four bolts on the bottom (1) of the adjuster
block (2).
NOTE: If necessary, pry the blocks apart with a
screwdriver.

Adjust the handlebar (3) to the desired position.
3.
Tighten the bolts to specification below.
Riser Fasteners: 15-17 ft-lb (20-23 N-m)

FRONT SUSPENSION & STEERING

RMK Handlebar Angle

1.
Loosen the four bolts on the top (4) of the adjuster block.
NOTE: If necessary, pry the blocks apart with a
screwdriver.
2.
Adjust the handlebar to the desired angle.
3.
Tighten the bolts to specification below.
Riser Fasteners: 15-17 ft-lb (20-23 N-m)
