Checking the Status of Faxes

You can check the status of the fax you are sending or receiving, and you can
check the sending reservation.
NOTE
You do not need to press [Function] in step 1 to execute the Fax Monitor function
if <FAX MONITOR> is programmed in <PROG 1-TOUCH KEY> (from the
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS menu). (See "Fax Settings" on p. 6-6.)

Confirming Transmission Status

NOTE
• To return the machine to the Standby mode, press [Stop/Reset].
• If you perform the procedure above when the machine is not sending or
receiving faxes, <NO CURRENT RX/TX JOB> appears, and the display returns
to the first screen shown above.
• The transaction number, <TX/RX>, represents the following:
– 0001 to 4999: A sent document
– 5001 to 9999: A received document
