Press [4 ] or [ e] to display the transaction number (TX/RX
NO.) of the document you want to delete.

You can also enter the transaction number using the numeric keys.

The machine asks you to confirm that you want to delete the document.

Press [4 ] (YES) to delete the document.
The document is deleted.
If you change your mind and want to keep the document in memory, press

[ e] (NO).

To continue deleting other documents in memory, repeat the
procedure from step 4.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return the machine to the Standby
mode.
