Printer Settings

This submenu allows you to specify print functions.

Description
Sets the machine to switch to the document receive mode after
ringing for a specified length of time in the manual receive
mode.
The machine keeps ringing until someone answers the call
manually with the handset or a connected extension telephone
(default).
F/T RING TIME: Sets the length of time that elapses before the
machine switches to the document receive mode.
5 to 99 SEC (15 SEC is the default).
Receives from a remote telephone.
Remote receiving is turned on (default).
You can dial a number code from the remote extension
telephone to start receiving a document.
A combination of two characters, using 0 to 9, A, or # is
possible. (25 is the default ID.)
Remote receiving is turned off.
Description
Receives images at a reduced size.
Turns on image reduction (default).
AUTO SELECTION: Automatically selects the reduction size
(default).
FIXED REDUCTION: Reduction size is preset.
97%, 95%, 90% (default), 75%
VERTICAL ONLY: Reduction is performed in the vertical
direction only (default).
HORIZ & VERTICAL: Reduction is performed in the horizontal
and vertical direction.
Image reduction is turned off.
Sets the order of printing.
Arranges received faxes in the order they were sent. Printing
does not start until all pages are received (default).
Arranges received faxes in reverse page order.
