Server Administration
On receipt of a LLDPDU message the Avaya IP Telephones will act on these
Type-Length-Value (TLV) elements.

Impact
System value changed to the Port VLAN
identifier in the TLV.
The system value is changed to the TLV VLAN
Identifier. L2Q will be set to 1 (ON).
VLAN Name TLV is only effective if:
The telephone is not statically
programmed.
The telephone is not registered with the
Call Server.
Name begins with VOICE (case does not
matter).
The VLAN is not zero.
If VLAN Name causes the telephone to change
VLAN and the telephone already has an IP
Address, the telephone will release the IP
Address and send out a new DHCPDISCOVER
on the new VLAN ID.
System value will be changed to TLV VLAN
Identifier. L2Q will be set to 1(on). Network
Policy TLV is only effective if:
The telephone is not statically
programmed.
Name begins with VOICE (case does not
matter).
The new VLAN ID is different than the
original VLAN ID.
The VLAN is not zero.
If VLAN Name causes the telephone to change
VLAN and the telephone already has an IP
Address, the telephone will release the IP
Address and send out a new DHCPDISCOVER
on the new VLAN ID.
MCIPADD will be set to this value if it has not
already been set.
TLSSRVR, HTTPSRVR and TFTPSRVR will be
set to this value if none of them have already
been set.
