Faxes cannot be sent or received in color. To send e-mail messages in
color, use the scanning functions.
This section contains information on the general operation for faxing.

To perform a fax transmission

Press the [Fax] key in the control panel, and then press the [Enlarge
Display] key.
The Fax mode screen appears in Enlarge Display mode.

Specify the necessary fax settings.

Specify the fax number of the recipient.
