Adjusting the picture (tracking)
You can manually adjust tracktng If the recordIng
quahty IS too poor to be remedIed by the VCR's
automatIc trackIng (a tracktng meter appears
dunng the automatIc trackIng)
Press TRACKING
+/-
The tracktng meter appears
Press TRACKING +/- repeatedly unttl the
dIstortIon dIsappears
Tracking meter
To resume automatic tracking
Press TRACKING + and TRACKING - on the
recorder at the same tIme for more than ten
seconds Or, eject the tape and reInsert It
