Description
Vertical pitch for printing text in lines per inch.
Lines per page resets top and bottom margins.
Value cannot exceed bottom margin.
Number of lines from the top-of-form and the
first print line.
Value cannot exceed form length.
Bottom margin
The last print line allowed on the form
Value cannot exceed form length.
The left margin can be set from 1 to the right
margin.
