Specifies whether to use software handshaking
Specifies which type of X-ON Handshaking
control is active
Specifies which type of X-OFF handshaking
control is active
Activates the following signals:
RTS (Request to Send)
CTS (Clear to Send)
Disables the above signals (RTS is held high)
