Call Services

The Call Services menu gives the IP Phone 1110 access to Centrex
features, which are assigned by your system administrator. Any call service
features that are provisioned on your line are available when you log onto
the IP Phone terminal.
You can have a maximum of 14 features assigned to your line. The full list of
features is accessed through the Call Services menu. It is from this list that
you can choose specific features to assign to the softkeys on the IP Phone.
Not all features are available on all telephones.
The Call Services menu has six items:
Feature profiles
Each Centrex feature has a profile. The profile determines when the feature
appears in the display, based on the current state of the terminal: idle or
active. There are three possible profiles:
Logically, some features are available only when the terminal is active, such
as Mute. Other features, like Call Forwarding, are available only when the
terminal is idle. You cannot change the profile that is associated with a
feature.
