72 Using the Feature menu

Assigning the Outbox to a key

Follow this procedure to assign the Outbox to a DN key.

The selected DN is now your default feature key. You return to the
Options menu.
Action
From the main menu, open the Settings menu.
From the Settings menu, open the Call menu.
From the Call menu, open the Feature menu.
A list of the feature keys and their current assignments appears.
Scroll through the list and select the feature key.
The Feature submenu appears.
Select and open Options.
From the Options menu, select and open Outbox Feature.
The Outbox screen appears, showing a list of Directory Number
(DN) keys.
Scroll through the list to select a key that you want to assign to the
Outbox.
Press Ok, or press the send key.
The Outbox is assigned to the selected key. You return to the
Options menu.
