Regarding the indicator lamps

When the LAMP, TEMP and POWER indicators are acting unusual, review the
following table.

Please wait until the POWER indicator finishes
blinking, and then follow the directions below.
The lamp does not light, and the inside of the
projector may be overheated.
Turn the power off, and allow the projector to cool
down at least 20 minutes. After the projector has
cooled down sufficiently, verify the following items,
and then turn the power on again.
• Are the vents blocked?
OFF
• Is the air filter dirty?
• Does the peripheral temperature exceed 45°C?
• If you are using an IN5132, IN5134, IN5134a or
IN5135, does the peripheral temperature exceed
40°C?
If indicators are doing the same thing, change the
lamp according to section Replacing the lamp.
The lamp cover has not been securely
fastened.
Turn the power off, and allow the projector to cool
down at least 45 minutes. After the projector has

cooled down sufficiently, verify the attachment state
of the lamp cover. After performing any needed
maintenance, turn the power on again. If the
indicators are doing the same thing, contact your
dealer or service company.
