Easy Interactive Function (EB-465i/455Wi only)
• It may take a few seconds for the icon to indicate the connection

status.
• If the not connected icon is displayed, check whether or not the
projector and computer are connected with the USB cable correctly.
You may be able to resolve the problem by disconnecting and then
reconnecting the USB cable.

Use the following procedure to end the Easy Interactive
Function.
For Windows
Click the icon in the notification area of the taskbar, and select
Exit.
For Mac OS
Click the icon in the Dock or Easy Interactive Driver on the menu
bar, and select Quit from the menu that is displayed.

Calibration

To use Easy Interactive Function, you need to make sure you perform
calibration to align the pen position on the screen and the mouse position
on the projection screen with the Easy Interactive Pen.
There are two calibration modes: Calibrate (Normal) and Calibrate
(Advanced).
Specify 25 points with Calibrate (Normal), and 49 points with Calibrate
(Advanced).
Make sure you perform calibration the first time you use Easy Interactive
Function. After that, you only need to perform calibration if the usage
environment changes, for example if the connected computer is changed or
the projection area is changed.

Cases in which calibration is required

In the following cases, the positioning of the Easy Interactive Pen on the
projection surface and the mouse on the computer may be offset. When
position offset becomes a problem, perform calibration again.
• When the computer's resolution is changed.
• When a computer with a resolution that differs from the last time
calibration was performed is connected.
• When Keystone is performed from the Settings Menu in the
Configuration Menu.
• When Zoom is changed from the Settings Menu in the Configuration
Menu.
• When Auto Setup is performed from the Signal menu in the
Configuration Menu.
• When Resolution is changed from the Signal menu in the Configuration
Menu.
• When Tracking is changed from the Signal menu in the Configuration
Menu.
