sensor you are using, runner, biker or GPS symbol stops flashing).

: Switch target zone alarm sounds on or off.

: Choose to view heart rate in beats per minute (bpm), as a percentage of maximum heart rate

(HR%), or as a percentage of heart rate reserve (HRR%).
: Choose to view speed* in kilometers or miles per hour (km/h or mph), or in minutes per

The RS800CX training computer offers you the option of combining consecutive exercises. When you start
a new exercise session within an hour of the previous one,
