NOTE: Electrical connections must be performed
by a qualified installer only.
Before making any electrical connections to these
units, check that the power supply is adequate for
the voltage, amperage, and phase requirements
stated on the rating name plate mounted on the
appliance.
A strain relief for the power supply cord is required.
The installer must supply a cord bushing that meets
all Local and National installation standards.
The circuit breaker that is used to provide power
to this appliance must have a minimum of 3mm
(.076") contact spacing. The circuit breaker must
meat all Local and National installation standards.
All ovens must be installed in accordance with Lo-
cal or National Electrical codes.
A wiring schematic is located on the inside of the
removeable side panel.
NOTE: Disconnect the power supply to the unit
before servicing.
CAUTION! After connecting the appliance, the fan
should be checked to ensure the proper rotation
(see diagram). If the fan turns in the wrong direc-
tion, the appliance will not function properly and
damage to the unit can occur. Improper connec-
tion of the appliance renders the Blodgett Combi
warranty invalid.

fore connecting power to the appliance.
