Cancelling Sending

Follow this procedure if you want to stop sending a document before
transmission is completed:
¶ If you are sending a document using manual sending via
the handset:

Press Stop.
¶ If you are sending a document using memory sending:
1
Press Stop.

To cancel sending, press @
When you cancel sending, you may need to open the operation panel to
remove the document from the ADF (

Sending Faxes
The transmission is cancelled.
The FAX prints an ERROR TX REPORT (
The FAX asks you to confirm
that you want to cancel
sending.
Sending is not cancelled until you press @
If you change your mind and want to continue sending, press #
To cancel transmission of a document waiting to be sent (e.g.
delayed sending, between rediallings), you will have to delete it
from memory ( pp. 7-17, 9-9).
