Forward and Reverse Searching
I
During tape playback, press and release the FF Ilk/OK but-
ton or the REW(ind) • button. A _ast forward or reverse pic-
ture search will begin.
To return to playback, press the PLAY • button.
Viewing a Still Picture
!
During tape playback, press the STILL/SLOW button. A
still picture will appearon screen.

To advance the still picture frame-by-frame, press the
STILL/SLOW button repeatedly.

To return to playback, press the PLAY • button.
Viewing a Slow Motion Picture

During tape playback, press and hold the STILL/SLOW
button for three seconds.The tape will play in slow motion.

Press the STILL/SLOW -/+ buttons to adjust the speed of
slow motion playback.

To return to playback, press the PLAY • button.
Repeat Playback

Press and hold the PLAY • button until the [_>light flash-
es on the display panel. Now, when a tape hasfinishedplayin_
theVCR will rewind it and start playbackagain.TheVCP,will play
the tape 50 times.The [2>light on the display panelwill flashduring
tape playbackand while rewinding. "IV programmingwill appear
while the tape is rewinding.
