Follow the steps below to programyourVCR to record TV pro-
gramswhile you're awayfrom home.TheVCR will turn itself on,
record, and turn itself off automatically.
Beforeyou begin makesure:
• Channelsare progremmed.Detai/s are onpages I I - 12.
• The clock is set.Detai/sare on pages13 - 17.
• There is a tape in theVCR. Make sure the tape's record tab is
intact and the tape is long enoughto record the program(s).
• TheVCRis inVCRposidon.TheVCR light will appearon the dis-
playpanelwhen the VCR is in VCR position.If the VCP, light
does not appear,pressthe VCR/TV button once.
• When you usea Cable Box/DBS,timer recordings are pro-
grammeddifferently. R ead pages8 - 9 before proceeding.
• Complete each step within 60 secondsof the previousstep_
