Always zero (0)
Bit 7 - This bit is set if the drive is write protected
Bit 4 - This bit is always set to indicate that the drive supports
cache memory.
Zero (0) if Block Descriptor (DBD) in MODE SENSE Command De-
scriptor Length sector is 0.
If DBD is 1, then the Block Descriptor Length is eight (8).
