Fuel System/Engine Management
9. Release the screw securing the fuel pipe bracket
and fuel level sensor to the mounting bar.
12. Release the screw securing the fuel pump clamp
to its mounting bar. Discard the screw after
removal.
Assembly
1. Inspect all hoses for cracks, splits, fraying and
other damage. Replace as necessary.
2. Check all hose clips for cracks and signs of
distortion. Replace as necessary.
Inspection
1. Position the fuel pump to the mounting bar,
ensuring the feet of the rubber isolator engage
correctly in the fork.

13. The pump may now be removed.

2. Electrical connection
11. Release the clip securing the remaining fuel
hose to the pump, then ease the fuel pipe away
from the filter.
