Lubricating
• Oil–#10: Apply between gears
and shafts.
• Grease–# 23: Apply to gears.

Method
• Pick roller Remove any dust or dirt, and wipe the surface lightly with a dry
cloth. If it is still dirty, clean with a soft cloth and alcohol.
• Separator roller
• Paper feed roller
• MPF roll
Registration roller, Remove any dust or dirt, and wipe the surface lightly with a dry
upper and lower cloth. If it is still dirty, clean with a soft cloth and alcohol.
LED head Remove any dust or dirt, and wipe the surface lightly with a dry
cloth. If it is still dirty, clean with a soft cloth and alcohol.
Transfer belt Remove any dust or dirt, and wipe the surface lightly with a dry
cloth. If it is still dirty, clean with a soft cloth and alcohol.
Heat rollers Clean with a soft cloth, silicon oil, or alcohol.
Use a synthetic detergent and a damp cloth.
Cleaning
Alcohol or isopropyl on plastic, rubber,
and external parts.
