You must have all entries in the compressed file in the log view. You can
use the Limit option under Advanced Settings to increase the number of
entries in the view.

From the Action list box, select Delete from Quarantine.

Click Start.

In the dialog box that appears, click Delete.

In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click OK.
You can decide whether or not notifications appear on client computers for virus
and spyware events. You can customize messages about detections.
