Boot=/dev/xxx
To:
Boot=/dev/sdX (Where /dev/sdX is the location of your Promise boot drive)
3. Change:
Linear
To:
lba32 (Lowercase L)
4. To save, enter :wq
5. Run /sbin/lilo –v
NOTE: This only works with LILO.
6. Return to the GUI interface, press Ctrl-Alt-F7.
7. Click Exit to exit the installation program. Remove the CD from the drive.
8. The system reboots and loads your new Red Hat environment.

NOTE: In networked environments, HP highly recommends updating the Red Hat 7.3 kernal
to 2.4.18-17.
The following RPMs are required to add/upgrade to the 2.4.18.17 Red Hat kernel:
