Images Displayed During Playback
Each set of images shot continuously is managed as a single group, and
only the first image in that group will be displayed. To indicate that the
image is part of a group, [
• If you erase a grouped image (= 1 79), all images in the group
are also erased. Be careful when erasing images.
•
Grouped images can be played back individually (= 1 70) and ungrouped
(= 1 70).
• Protecting (= 1 75) a grouped image will protect all images in the group.
• Grouped images can be viewed individually when played back using Image
Search (= 1 66) or Smart Shuffle (= 1 74). In this case, images are
temporarily ungrouped.
• Grouped images cannot be tagged as favorites (= 1 84), edited (= 1 82 –
193), categorized (= 1 85), printed (= 2 31), set for printing individually
(= 2 40), added to a Photobook (= 2 43), Face ID information cannot
be edited (= 1 71), and they cannot be assigned as a start-up image
(= 2 02). To do these things, either view grouped images individually
(= 1 70) or cancel grouping (= 1 70) first.
