Register of Destinations
This chapter describes the process to register addresses of the destination when using the Scan to E-mail /
Scan to Server function.
Tips
-
To use Scan to E-mail / Scan to Server function, Network Card NC-504 or Image Controller IC-209
and Extended Operation Panel MK-733 must be installed.

Registering destinations
The destinations for Scan to E-mail can be registered either from [Control Panel] or [PageScope Web Con-
nection]. The destinations for Scan to FTP/SMB can be registered only from [PageScope Web Connection].
This section describes the registration process from [Control Panel].

Description
Press One-touch Dial Key to specify the
destination with ease.
In an environment where LDAP server is in
use, addresses may be retrieved from the
LDAP server for registration.
The destinations can be specified using
three digit speed dialing number.
In an environment where LDAP server is in
use, addresses may be retrieved from the
LDAP server for registration.
Simultaneous transmission to multiple
destinations can be made simultaneously
using a single dial key.
Data can be uploaded to FTP/SMB serv-
er.
