Long periods of inactivity

WHEN THE VEHICLE WILL NOT BE
USED FOR MORE THAN TWENTY
DAYS, DISCONNECT THE 30 and 40 A
FUSES, OTHERWISE THE MULTI-
FUNCTION COMPUTER WILL CON-
TINUE TO DRAW POWER, RUNNING
DOWN THE BATTERY.
IMPORTANT
REMOVING THE 30A FUSE WILL RE-
SET ALL FUNCTIONS: THE DIGITAL
CLOCK, TRIP INFORMATION, AND
CHRONOMETER MEASUREMENTS.
If the motorcycle is inactive longer than
fifteen days, it is necessary to recharge
the battery to avoid sulphation.
Remove the battery.
In winter or when the vehicle remains
stopped, check the charge frequently
(about once a month) to avoid deteriora-
tion.
Fully recharge with an ordinary
charge.

ATTENTION
LA DÉPOSE DU FUSIBLE DE 30 A
PROVOQUE LA REMISE À ZÉRO DES
FONCTIONS : HORLOGE NUMÉRI-
QUE, INFORMATIONS DE VOYAGE ET
MESURES CHRONOMÉTRIQUES.
Au cas où le véhicule resterait inactif plus
de quinze jours, il est nécessaire de re-
charger la batterie pour en éviter la sul-
fatation.
Déposer la batterie.
Durant la période hivernale ou lorsque le
véhicule reste arrêté, pour éviter qu'elle
ne se détériore, contrôler périodiquement
la charge (environ une fois par mois).
La recharger complètement en
utilisant une recharge normale.
