The standard setting of the rear shock
absorber is set in order to satisfy most
driving conditions.
The standard setting, or factory setting, is
for a driver who weighs approximately
154.3 pounds (70 kg).
For differing needs or weights, as in the
case of riding with a passenger or with
luggage, contact an Official aprilia Deal-
ership.

Based on the conditions in which the ve-
hicle is used, it is possible to adjust the
rebound damping, by adjusting the screw
(1); to adjust this, use the following indi-
cations:

La configuration standard de l'amortis-
seur arrière est réglée de façon à satis-
faire la plupart des conditions de condui-
te.
Le réglage standard, établi en usine, est
prévu pour un conducteur pesant 154.3
lb (70 kg) environ.
Pour d'autres poids et exigences, comme
en cas de conduite avec passager et à
pleine charge, il est conseillé de s'adres-
ser à un concessionnaire officiel apri-
lia.
En fonction des conditions d'utilisation du
véhicule, il est possible de régler le frei-
nage hydraulique en extension de l'amor-
tisseur en agissant sur la vis (1). Pour le
régler, s'en tenir aux indications suivan-
tes :
