Stage#5
A) Insert Seat Post (M) into the corresponding tubing sleeve of the Main Base. Secure the post place
using the Seat Post Adjustment Knob (E-4), which may already be preinstalled in the Base Assembly.
B) Assemble the Seat Slider (M-5) on to the Seat Post (M) and secure in place with by using the Seat
Slider Knob (M-1) and flat washer (M-2).
Note: Seat Slider may already be preassembled on the Seat Post.
C) Assemble the Seat (M-6) onto Seat Slider (M-5). Align Seat and secure in place by tightening the
underside clamp. Tighten the clamp until the Seat no longer twists or tilts.
D) Seat Adjustment: Adjust the seat height by unscrewing and pulling outward on the Seat Post
/Adjustment Knob (E-4). The knob is spring-loaded and it will pop into the selected adjustment hole.
Once the proper height has been selected retighten the knob. Forward seat position can be adjusted by
using the Seat Slider and locked into position by tightening the Seat Slider Knob (M-1) and flat washer
(M-2). If the seat wobbles, make sure that both of the adjustment knobs are tightened securely.
Height Adjustment Tip: Adjust seat height so user is comfortable during full pedaling motion. The users
leg should be over-extended and remain slightly bent at the bottom of the each pedal stroke.
