- Status —information about the progress of the
completed job, this includes completed jobs, faulted
jobs, jobs canceled by users and jobs canceled by the
system.
- Time completed— the time and date when the job
entered the queue.
Use the toolbar across the top of the Completed Print
Jobs Queu e to manage your jobs.
- Details —displays additional information about the jobs
in the queue.
- Other Queues— displays the other job queues
available.

Scan to File Queue

The Scan to File Queue button will only be displayed if the
Scan to File option is available.
Maintains active and pending Scan to File jobs. The Scan
to File Queue can hold up to 50 jobs at one time. Active
jobs appear at the top of the queue and completed jobs
follow in descending order based on the job completion
time.
When queue reaches its capacity, the oldest jobs are
