Load the first section of the
document set.
À
Touch the Build Job button
and touch On .
À
Press Start - the documents
will be scanned.
The Build Job feature selection
screen will appear on the touch
screen.
À
Make any programming
requirements for the next
section.
À
Load the documents and
press Start .
Repeat the above steps until all
the sections of the document set
have been scanned in.
À
Touch End Build Job when
the last section of the job has
been scanned in. The job will
be faxed.
If the machine reaches a low
memory level during a build job
operation, the job will be
canceled.

Use the Build Job feature when either the Document Feeder
and the Document Glass are required within the same job,
or if different programming selections for each section or
page of the job is required.
