ANAGING ALLS
To pair the Mitel 6930 IP phone with PC on Windows 10:
Click Windows menu
1.
Navigate to Devices.
2.
Click Bluetooth & other devices in the left sidebar.
3.
Set the toggle switch

To add the 6930 IP Phone to the list of available devices, click Add Bluetooth or other device.
5.
Select Bluetooth.
6.
Ensure that the 6930 IP Phone is in the Available Devices menu. Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth

> Available Devices to enter the Available Devices menu of the IP Phone.
Choose the Mitel 6930... from the available list of devices on your PC.

A Bluetooth pairing request displays on both the 6930 IP Phone and the PC. Ensure that the pairing

code matches on both devices. Press Yes on the 6930 IP Phone and press Connect on the PC to
pair the phone with the PC.

NOTE
You can pair the PC with the 6930 IP Phone only from the PC and not from the 6930 IP Phone. If you

try to initiate pairing from the 6930 IP Phone, the following message appears.
After your PC is paired with the 6930 IP Phone, the PC device appears in the list of paired devices on

the Mitel 6930 IP Phone and the device automatically connects with the IP Phone once paired. If a
mobile phone is already connected, the IP Phone displays a message Do you want to connect to
this device?
: ENSURE THE 6930 IP PHONE IS NOT THE DEFAULT AUDIO DEVICE ON THE PC.
IMPORTANT
For Windows 10 left-click on the sound ICON in the windows tray and select an audio device other
than the Mitel 6930 IP Phone.
After pairing, you can switch audio between wired handset, speaker, analog headset, and USB

headset
: You cannot switch the audio to any other Bluetooth devices (Bluetooth Handset, Blue-

tooth Headset, and Bluetooth Speaker) connected with the 6930 IP Phone.
You cannot toggle between IP Line call and PC Audio call. You must disconnect the IP call to switch

to PC Audio call.
