Enter the location on your computer where you want to download the Directory and click Save.The

Use a spreadsheet application to open and view the directorylist.csv file.

Import Local Directory to Your PC
You can import the local directory data from WebUI when switching or upgrading SIP phones. An import
mechanism is created at the WebUI which facilitates the following:
Export local directory through WebUI on the old phone as a CSV file.
Import local directory through WebUI from the CSV file on the new phone.
Local directory is replaced by the data from the CSV file.
The import mechanism does not work in the following scenarios:
No record is detected in the CSV file.
Number of records in the CSV file exceed 1000.
The duplicates are ignored from the CSV file when import is performed
This feature allows user to make bulk changes in the local directory by modifying the exported CSV file
and importing it back.
The feature is not available when the directory is disabled or when the directory is replaced with a XML
script.
Click on Operation > Directory.

In the Local Directory Upload field, click Choose File.

Enter the location on your computer from where you want to upload the file and click Open.

External Directory Source Features

The following external Directory sources may be configured on your phone:
Two CSV-based directories.
: CSV-based directories, directory 1 and directory 2 can now support 2000 contacts in each

directory.
Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Directory.
Microsoft Exchange contacts (Exchange 2007 SP1 or greater interface supported).
When any of these external Directory sources are configured, the contacts from the respective sources
will be loaded into your Directory. From the Directory List, you will be able to search for any external Direc-
tory source contacts, dial out to the contacts, copy the contacts to the Local Directory, or simply view the
external Directory source contact's details (e.g. title, company name, numbers, work and home
addresses, e-mail addresses, etc...).
