Using Handsfree Speakerphone

The handsfree feature allows you to speak to someone without using the handset or headset. Your phone
must be in either the Speakeror Speaker/Headsetaudio mode. For more information about setting the
audio mode on your phone, see
To dial using handsfree, first press

To answer a call on your phone using handsfree, press

If you are inSpeakeraudio mode, lift the handset and press

Using a Headset

The 6930 accepts analog and DHSG/EHS headsets through the modular RJ22/RJ45 port on the back of
the phone or USB headsets through the USB port.
Contact your telephone equipment retailer or distributor to purchase a compatible headset.

The RJ22/R45 headset port is for headset use only. Plugging any other devices into this port may
