This switch roughly adjusts the subcarrier phase of the PGM
output signal to the subcarrier phase of the gen-lock
reference signal.

Adjusts the SC phase of the PGM output signal to the
subcarrier phase of the gen-lock reference signal precisely.
After adjusting the phase roughly by the SC 0°/180° switch,
adjust this volume.
