Quick start and Tips
The multimedia system serves as a Wi-Fi hot-
spot for mobile communication devices such
as a smartphone or tablet PC.
The data volume of the vehicle or an already
connected tethering device is used for the
data connection.
Data volumes must be purchased via the
Mercedes me Portal.
The use of the vehicle data tariff by external
devices is not available in all countries.
Using a mobile communication device as a Wi-

An external Wi-Fi hotspot is accessed for the
Internet connection of the multimedia system.
