Troubleshooting
Symptom
The title is not rerorded.
The cassette label is not recorded.
While editing using the i.LINK cable
(DV connecting cable), recording
picture cannot be monitored.
Digital program editing does not
function.
The Remote Commander supplied
with your camcorder does not work.
Cause and/or Corrective Actions
• Tile tape has no cassette memory.
• ") 1Jse a tape with cassette memory. (i 7 . 77, 124)
•The cassette memory is full.
") Erase another title. (i 7 . 80)
• The tape is set to prevent accidental erasure.
") Slide the write protect tab so that red portion is not
visible. (i7. 15)
• Nothing is recorded in that position on the tape.
") Superimpose the title to the recorded position. (p. 77)
•The tape has no cassette memo W.
") lJse a tape with cassette memory. (i 7 . 83. 124)
• The cassette memory is full.

• The tape is set to prevent accidental erasure.
