Superimposing a still picture in a "Memory Stick" on a moving
picture - MEMORY MIX
Items to be adjusted
M. CHROM Tile color (blue) scheme of tile area in the still picture which is to be
swapped with a moving picture
M. LUMI The color (bright) scheme of the area in the still picture which is to be
swapped with a moving picture
C. CHROM Tile color (bhm) scheme of"tile area in the moving picture which is to be
swapped with a still picture
M. OVERLAP No adjustment necessa W
The fewer bars there are on the screen, the stronger the effect.
To change the still picture to be superimposed
Do either of"the fbllowing:
Press MEMORY+/ befiore step 6.
Press the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial befor step 6, and repeat the procedure form step 4.
To change the mode setting
Press the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial before step 6, and repeat the proredure flora step 4.
To cancel M. CHROM/M. LUMI/C. CHROMIM. OVERLAP
Press MEMORY MIX again.
During recording
You cannot change the mode setting.
The "Memory Stick" supplied with your camcorder has stored 20 images
For M.CHROM : 18 images (surh as a fi'ame) 100 0001 - 100 0018
For C.CHROM : 2 images (such as a background) 100 0019 - 100 0020
Sample images
Sample images stored in the "Memory Stick" supplied with yotlr camcorder are
protected (p. 120).
Ifa still picture to be superimposed haslots of white areas
Tbe thumbnail image may not be displayed rlearly.
Image data modified with personal computers or shot with other equipment
You n-lay not be able to play tben-l bark with your ramrorder.
Note
When the overlapping still pirtore has a large amotmt of white, the thumbnail image of
the picture may not be clear.
