The engine will not start.
(1) Lights will not go on.
a. Battery wiring defect.
b. Fuse burnt out.
c. Battery discharged.
Check battery terminals under seat for
loose screws or wires.
Replace with spare fuse.
(Have your
dealer check for possible cause.)
Recharge battery,

check for possible cause.)
(2) The battery is in good condition, but the engine will not start.
a. Fuel tank empty.
Fuel pet cock closed.
b. Use of Starter jet lever incorrect.
c. Spark plug sooty.
d. Carburetor overflowing.
Refill.
Open.
