Wipe with recommended
cleaner.
Rinse and dry immediately.
Make sure the burner caps are
seated properly on the burner
base after cleaning.
Allow the griddle to cool.
Wipe with hot soapy water.
Rinse with warm water and dry
with a soft cloth.
Remove the grease tray after
the grease has cooled.
Discard grease into a grease re-
sistant container for disposal.
Rinse and dry immediately.
When cool, apply recommended
cleaning agent to a damp
sponge or cloth.
Rub lightly, rinse and dry.
For stubborn stains, soak the
stain with a cloth saturated in a
recommended cleaner. Close
the door and allow it to soak un-
til the stain can be easily re-
moved with a damp soapy cloth
or mild abrasive.
If available use the self clean
function for stubborn stains.

Always apply minimal pressure with abrasive cleaners.
