EV_getc

Declaration:
USHORT EV_getc (UINT indic , Event * event )

Description:
Gets next character from keyboard. Puts the calculator into low power
mode until a character is available.

Inputs:
Outputs:
event — Return event message containing either a CM_KEY_PRESS or
Returns either a character number or zero (0) if the cursor blink timer timed
out.
Assumptions:
This routine will automatically power down the calculator if a key has not
been pressed after a few minutes.
