Declaration:
void replace_top2_with_pow (EStackIndex i )

Description:
Replaces the top two expressions of the estack with (top
expression)^(expression i ). If expression i is a square matrix, pushes the
same-size identity matrix. If top_estack indexes a zero, pushes the
iterated matrix product. If top_estack indexes a positive whole number,
pushes the inverse matrix or else its iterated matrix product if top_estack
indexes a negative whole number.
