Declaration:
void EX_stoBCD (UCHAR * name , BCD16 * bcd )

Description:
Stores BCD value into a variable in the calculator's symbol table.
Inputs:
name — Pointer to the name of a calculator variable where the BCD
bcd
Outputs:
None
Variable named in name will be created if it does not already exist. Value in

name will be overwritten unless it is a protected type.
Side Effects:
May cause heap compression. Throws an error if variable name cannot be
created or overwritten.

international letters in the range '\xC0' to '\xFF'.
The name may be an eight-letter variable name or eight-letter
folder name and variable name separated by a back-slash.
