MenuTopSelect

Declaration:
void MenuTopSelect (HANDLE MenuHandle , SWORD Index )

Description:
Select a top-level menu item (only one may be selected at a time) by
drawing a thick box around the menu item. Use a value of L1 for Index to
force no top-level menu item to be selected.
Inputs:
MenuHandle — Handle returned from MenuBegin.

Assumptions:
MenuHandle refers to a menu-draw handle returned from MenuBegin.
MenuTopSelect is normally used with redefinable menus.
